SBA Project CIC are home to the SBA Approved Charter of Fair Employment.
This has been designed to offer specific support to any businesses who recruit. The Charter sets standards as to how vacancies should be created, how new employees should be inducted into the workplace and how support is given to ensure they feel valued, listened to and supported.
